如何從Hostgator取消帳號

HostGator退款條款已經取消囉

一般來說
大部分的主機商都會提供30天以內的無條件退款保證
不過HostGator的時間更長—45天
原本Hostgator還提供一個更好的服務
就是如果約期到一半
也可以選擇提早解約
Hostgator會按照剩餘時間將餘款退回
比如說
你購買了1年的主機僅用了三個月
如果在這時候申請退款
HostGator會將剩餘9個月的費用退回

但是！！
這個服務條款現在已經沒有了…
應該是今年調漲價格時作的修改吧(因為沒特別注意，所以其實是Zeta猜的XD)

總之…
根據現在的Hostgator服務條款第12條：

• Money-back Guarantee
  • Dedicated Servers.
    There are no refunds on dedicated servers. The forty-five (45) day money- back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers.
  • Managed shared, VPS and Reseller Services.
    HostGator offers a forty-five (45) day money- back guarantee for HostGator’s managed shared, VPS, and reseller hosting services only. Subject to the terms described in Section 13 below, if you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and you terminate your account within forty-five (45) days of signing up for the Services, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for hosting. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services.

如何辦理註銷服務？

要想Hostgator申請註銷
流程很簡單
只要到Hostgaort的註銷頁面申請就可以了

在提出申請48小時內
Hostgator還會再三確認你是否要離開
然後會說明你的服務將在約期結束後不再繼續
